This job will suit a Part Qualified/ Fully Qualified/ QBE Financial Controller. Warner Recruitment are super excited to be working with this local well established and growing company based in Northampton.
Financial Controller
Duties include:
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- P&L reporting and forecasting
- Supporting with and ensuring Audits run smoothly
- Presenting in senior management meetings
- Preparation of month end accounts
- Managing a team of 4 direct reports (within a finance team of 20)
- Reporting to the Group Financial Controller
- Weekly reports
- Building a relationships with stakeholders
- Quarterly cashflow reports
- Budget setting and analysis
- Variance analysis
- Balance sheet reporting
- Month end reporting
- Part Qualified/ Fully Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA or equivalent, or Qualified by Experience
- Good communicator
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller, or similar role
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Assertive, as you will need to speak with many non-accounts managers across the business to gather information which will be essential for this role
