This full-time, permanent office based (with Fridays working from home) Credit Control vacancy is to help chase overdue payments, and will form an integral part of their small, accounts team of 5. You will report to the Financial Controller.

Credit Controller job duties:
Chasing overdue payments
Issuing sales ledger invoices
Allocating payments to the sales ledger
Dealing with customer queries
Creating payments plans
Setting up new accounts
Credit checking
Working to reduce debtor days
Supplying copy invoices
Reporting to the Finance Controller
Producing monthly debtor reports
Liaising with the relevant contacts to set and analyse credit limit
Assisting on purchase ledger/ accounts admin to cover for holidays and sickness/ during busy periods, the team all help each other when needed
Salary £24,000- £30,000
Person:
Experience in Sales Ledger/ Credit Control/ Accounts administration
Able to commute to the office in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire on a daily basis
A can-do attitude to work and able to ask questions to get the job done
Confident telephone manner
Help other members of the team at busy periods and in turn they will assist you during your busy periods
