Trainee Credit Control Administrator – Northampton
- Sales ledger invoices
- Matching proof of deliveries (POD’s) with invoices
- Scanning invoices onto the system
- Creating reports in Excel
- Resolving customer queries
- Producing credits for returns to customer accounts
- Filing regularly
- Checking invoices for discrepancies
- Generate invoices
- Issue monthly/weekly customer statements
- Researching and gathering necessary information for completion of invoices
- Supporting Credit Controllers as and when needed
- Raising wholesale invoices
- Working to weekly and monthly KPI targets under tight deadlines
- The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding of basic accounts administration/ data entry/ customer services (although not essential)
- Studying towards AAT or equivalent, although not essential
- Live locally to Duston, Northamptonshire
- Driver (this location is not commutable on public transport)
- Recent A level (or equivalent) leaver
- Work experience from shop work/ warehouse work/ bar work or equivalent
- Can do attitude to work
